Bulgaria Advances its Renewable Energy Future!

Bulgaria has allocated 3 GW of renewable energy capacity and 1.17 GW of energy storage as part of its latest energy auction, supporting 397 projects with €268 million in funding. This initiative includes 2.66 GW for large-scale installations, aimed at operational completion by March 2026.
This milestone aligns with Bulgaria’s goal to phase out coal and achieve 34.7% renewable electricity consumption by 2030, paving the way for a greener future! 🌱✨
